Seattle Strong

Hello everyone! I’d like to give you a small update and make an announcement.

After spending a little over a year in Seattle, I moved to Sydney for a temporary 6-month project. Working and living in Australia was perhaps one of the best periods of my life. Towards the end of my time there, I got word of an opportunity in Japan, which is where I am now. This announcement, however, has to do with the first city I mentioned, Seattle.

Blake, a good friend of mine from Seattle, came to me about a year ago with a simple, but potentially impactful idea: give the people of Seattle a shirt that makes them proud of their city, while also giving back to their community. The project is called Seattle Strong, and we’re launching September 1st!

We’ve partnered with 4 organizations (so far) across initiatives like student development, family resources, and mobility assistance. You buy the shirt, you pick where the proceeds go!

I’ll leave the rest under wrap until September 1st. We’re looking forward to everyone in Seattle becoming Seattle Strong.
