Wander Faces

After traveling to the Middle East in August of 2016, I stumbled upon a boy in the small village of Rum, Jordan. The image I took, and the stories I heard while spending time with his family, was both educational and humbling. Exploring regions of the world and getting to know their people is truly worth the journey.

Wander Faces was founded in order to document individuals around the world through portrait photography. The project will begin summer of 2017, visiting several regions around the world. Being immersed in foreign locations, like Amman in the picture above, can be a rewarding experience.

The portraits taken over the course of this summer will aim to educate, inspire, and deconstruct stereotypes often given to people we do not know. This blog will guide you through my 120-day journey, giving you a daily view of my life on the road. Through this blog, the portraits, and the stories that come along with them, I hope to share this journey with you.
